KITCHEN FACT
Cooked food should not be left out of refrigeration for more than two hours
Cooked food sitting at room temperature is what the USDA called the "Danger Zone." In this range of temperatures, bacteria grows rapidly and the food can become unsafe to eat.

LIABILITY
In an effort to cut down on liability issues, we require that the food given MUST not be served first. 
Donated food has to be excess food, but not anything that was just not eaten off of a plate. 
(THAT'S GROSS)
If you are a restuarant or shelter that is concerned with liability, please refer to our contract.
